Four months ago, my colleague and I rescued two newborn puppies. As they grew, they got more and more mischievous, and the house was often a total mess. So, with heavy hearts, we decided to find a new home for one of them. The adopter seemed really nice, but two days later, I saw a video of the puppy we'd rehomed. It was cooped up in a cage, looking totally listless, and my heart just shattered. I immediately rushed out in the rain to bring it back home.
